Where can I set up a plan;
If you are living in a university hall of residence and would like to pay your hall fees in instalments, you can make a payment plan via your flywire account.
You can access your flywire account through the pay accommodation and tuition fees in your student portal. Then view your plan options and select your preferred choice.
If you have a UK bank account, your payment will be taken on the date it becomes due.

If you would like to change your payment dates, please take the steps below;
1. Set up your plan to the closest option i.e. monthly or termly
2. Log into your accommodation portal where you booked your room, and scroll down to the option to amend your plan
3.Enter your preferred dates and reason for the change
4. The team will review and if approved, make the change within 5 working days. You will be able to see the change on your flywire account.

Please arrange payment as soon as possible and then contact the Accommodation Service team via your digital student centre or pop along to a campus finance drop in (advertised in your halls) or to chat to the team on site.
The team will update your records so you can set up a new plan.
Alternatively you can make payment as and when is convenient to you but please do make regular payments.
