Due to a technical issue, you may find that letters you request through the Digital Student Centre aren't updating or generating at the moment, even though you're fully registered and have updated your information on your Student Portal.

Our team has now fixed the issue, but if you're still getting rejected letters or ones with old information, please wait 24 to 48 hours and try requesting a new one. If that doesn't work, please submit an enquiry and we'll get back to you. If you need a Bank Letter, make sure to let us know which bank you want to open an account with in your enquiry.
