The waiting list process on PULSE operates as an automated system on a first come first served basis. Where a session is full, unavailable or offers dates not suitable to you as the us. An option to join a waiting list will appear, you can opt to join and be notified once a place becomes available.

Once you join the waiting, PULSE will retain your availability information and only make an offer if/when a place becomes available on the session(s) you confirmed you were available to attend. Should a place become available, you will be offered a holding place. You will need to accept this within 48 hours before the offer expires.

When a user is offered a place on the waiting list, they will be given the following options:

  • For Cancel this booking, this option can be selected if you are looking to reject the offer for the session(s) and will therefore likely be removed from the waiting list including any future sessions.
  • For Reject this offer, this option can be selected if you are looking to reject the place being offered for the session(s) detailed but you will remain on the waiting list for any future sessions.
  • For Accept this offer, this option can be selected if you are looking to accept the offer of attending the session(s) as detailed.
