"Action Items" are what we call the stages of Online Registration and are refreshed and attached to student records every day until registration closes.

If there are no "Action Items" then one of the following might be the reason:

  • Online Registration hasn't opened yet or has closed.
  • You had a summer re-sit or resubmission to complete and the results haven't been fully processed yet.
  • Your results have been fully processed and your results letter has been published, but only very recently (e.g., in the last 2-3 working days).
  • You have a hold or block on your record that needs to be resolved first (e.g., outstanding tuition fee or parental/guardian consent forms outstanding)

In most of these scenarios we just need a little more time to get your record fully set up.  Once your record is ready, you should receive an invite via email asking you to register.  However, if you're aware there is a block on your record due to an outstanding check or fee, then please do your best to resolve the issue before registration closes.

If you feel that none of this applies to you, then please submit an enquiry through the Digital Student Centre.
