Payments don't appear immediately. If you have paid via Convera, allow 3-5 working days for the amount to show. It may take longer for international payments. If your payment is not reflected on Portal within 10 days, you can track the payment.
It can take a few days for payments to show on the Portal, but you can track them online if they're not there within 10 days.
