If you raise a query on the Query Tracker for a course, module, or fee issue during Online Registration, our system will temporarily stop you from continuing. This gives us time to make sure everything on your record is correct.
You'll need to wait for our staff to get back to you, and please understand that some queries may take longer to resolve, especially during busy times. Bear with us and we'll reply to you as soon as we can.
If your query is in red, you'll need to wait for a team member to respond so you can continue. Any queries in black won't block you - you can continue registering and your details can be updated later in the academic year.
