Where to collect your key
You will need to go directly to your hall of residence, the address for your hall is on your booking email and confirmed when you have completed your online check in.
Please complete the online check in form before you go to hall, the form and email sent to after completion, will give you helpful information about your move in. You will need to show the hall reception team a copy of your check in email or text message, along with photo ID, when you collect your key.
If you will be arriving outside of the usual opening times, just head to your hall or campus and the security team will be able to give you the information you need and contact someone to support you.
Travel and transport
The email sent to you at check in, will provide information about parking and local transport links. Please read this carefully as parking restrictions are in place at each of the residences. Raise an enquiry with the team if you have any questions or would like further information about your transport options.
