Your Student Support Number (SSN) is a 13-digit reference number assigned to you by Student Finance England (SFE), and is used for communication between SFE and us. You can find your SSN at the top of your university or college payment advice document.
If you don’t have a copy of the document, you can login to your Student Finance England account and navigate to the 'Letters & emails' section at the top of the screen. Here, you can find all communications that SFE have sent you.
