Your annual progress report (RDA4) is an essential form that needs to be submitted every year on the anniversary of your registration. For example, if you registered on 1 October 2023, your RDA4 is due every 1 October for the duration of your study.
It is important that you submit your report on time as it helps us understand how you are progressing and whether or not you have access to all the support you need to be successful on your programme. It is an opportunity to highlight any issues you may be experiencing, which could affect your progress.
