What is a ‘change of circumstances’ (COC)?

‘Change of circumstances’ (or ‘COC’) is a term used by Student Finance England (SFE) when they require confirmation of changes to your details or registration status. We’ll confirm any changes in your circumstances to SFE directly, but it’s important you also make contact to notify them yourself.
