There are some things that you can't submit a complaint about as they can be resolved under other procedures:
• your results – you might be able use the Academic Appeals Procedure.
• another student's behaviour – you’ll need to contact your faculty, or Accommodation Services if it's something that's happened in halls of residence by creating an enquiry
• Greenwich Students’ Union – they have their own policy and procedures
If your complaint’s about something that has already been, or is currently being, considered under the Academic Appeals Procedure, the Fitness to Practise Procedure or the Student Disciplinary Procedure you’ll be given information at the end of the process on what to do if you are unhappy with the outcome.
