Programme leaders have exceptionally busy workloads - while they will endeavour to reply to your email as soon as possible, it may take them longer to respond to your query during busy periods.
If you have been trying to contact your programme leader without success, you can instead seek support from your faculty administration team by creating an enquiry in the Digital Student Centre.
