We send all refunds back to your original payment method.  The time it takes to receive your money depends on the payment method and the bank involved.   

Here is how to view the status of a refund: 

  1. Go to the Student Digital Centre check the status of your refund  

  1. Select refunds. 

  1. Click the refund transaction to check the status of your refund. 

When your refund shows as ‘complete’ it means we have issued the refund, however it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the payment. If your refund is still pending after 10 working days, please contact us.
