The university issues an electronic confirmation of registration once a student has fully completed their registration, this includes showing your ID and qualifications if you are a new student. The time it takes for confirmation to be issued varies.
If you have completed all parts of your registration and still not received your loan after 5 working days of completing full registration, please contact the Student Fees and Funding Team by creating an enquiry via the Digital Student Centre.
