Please speak to one of our Student Centre staff members (either in person or by logging an enquiry). They will take the details of your passport and contact the Home Office on your behalf.
You will be contacted by the staff member with further details when a reply has been received from the UKVI.
Please be aware that UKVI phased out BRPs from January 2025, meaning no more will be issued and have moved to digital immigration statuses or eVisas. However, if you were issued one before this date and have not received it or it is lost, it is important that you speak with someone to get this resolved. If you were expecting a BRP but did not receive one and now need support, please raise an enquiry with the International Student Advice Service.
