I’ve been marked absent even though I scanned the QR code. Can you update my attendance?

The Retention Team are unable to update registers retrospectively. Please ensure that your attendance has been registered before leaving a class. If it hasn't, you can speak to your lecturer at the end of the class to manually register your attendance.  If you have any concerns please contact your module leader by creating an enquiry.
