How can I claim for a fee refund?

To claim a fee refund, either for a single module or for a whole programme of study, please send your name, student ID number and the refund amount due to our Student Finance team. It’s important to note that refunds are only possible on courses yet to be completed - you cannot, for example, request a refund for a programme you have failed.
