Your offer letter includes information about your course, period of study and the tuition fee amount as well as any additional costs or bursaries and scholarships awarded. We are therefore not able to provide any additional documentation since your offer letter already includes all of this information. 

If you are being sponsored, and your employer requires an invoice, you will need to see our employee sponsorship information here: How to pay your fees | Fees and funding | University of Greenwich. If an employer or organisation is paying your tuition fees, you will need to provide evidence of this in writing on headed paper to the payment and advice team

The letter must include: 

  • A billing address 

  • Contact Name 

  • Contact Telephone number 

  • Contact email address 

  • Sponsored contribution amount 

  • Your student ID number 

  • Your full name
