If you're a full-time, non-apprentice student studying at one of our three main campuses - Greenwich, Avery Hill, or Medway - and you're fully registered, you'll usually be eligible for a council tax letter.
You can get a digital letter by logging into the Digital Student Centre and clicking on the 'My Documents' button. Please make sure your address is up to date on the Portal so it shows up correctly on your letters. You can find more information on our Student Letters webpage.
